As June winds down, we can’t forget to wish everyone a Happy Pride.
This year’s pride unfortunately didn’t have colorful parades and streets full of love, acceptance and pure happiness.
Instead the gay community was in solidarity with the BLM movement. Because remember, gay pride and equality started in Stonewall, at a riot.
So as we say goodbye to June, let’s remember all the fallen brothers and sisters, gay, lesbian, bi, pan, and trans who fought for the rights that they have and are still fighting for today.
